395Tech charges $25/hr for remote support, with most cases taking less than 30 minutes. (one hour minimum) We use HIPPA compliant procedures and programs to complete this service. 395Tech will is based out of Mammoth Lakes but we will travel to you. Currently we cover North to Bridgeport and South to Lone Pine along US 395 and everything in between. We do charge a trip fee for on-site support outside of Mammoth Lakes ranging from $20 to $250 based on how far away from Mammoth Lakes you are.
